From day one, our focus has been on doing the work thoroughly, communicating clearly,

Our Journey
Roots in Tampa Bay
Founder Omar Erchid was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and his law degree from Florida State University College of Law.
Building Legal Experience
Omar began his career practicing real property law with a respected firm in Florida’s state capital, gaining hands-on experience with real estate transactions, title matters, and legal compliance.
Coming Home to Build
With a strong legal foundation and a clear vision, Omar returned to Tampa to build a firm rooted in service, accountability, and trust.
TitleTown Closing Group was formed not to be the largest firm, but one professionals and clients could rely on consistently.
